We eat cream of wheat several times a week and love it. To cook cream of wheat you will need: a saucepan, wire whisk (works the best), salt, Cream of Wheat, and water. Follow instructions on the box for the quantity you want. Put water in the pan and bring to a boil. Turn burner down to medium-low. Slowly stir in Cream of Wheat using wire whisk. Continue cooking and stirring for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes with wire whisk. Recommend serving with butter, salt, and pepper or sugar, milk, and butter. Bon Appetit!
