Say if you want to draw the lovable Gollum from Lord of the Rings, guidelines will be your best friend. Start with the head adding marks for the facial features. You will also want to draw the shoulder lines, hands, stomach, legs, and feet. Next concentrate on Gollums sunken in face, concentrating on his features and his overall body shape. Add more depth to his arms and legs. Start adding Gollums ears and other facial features and filling in his torso. His arms and hands will need more attention as well. Began detailing the torso with clavicle lines, details in the ears, and wrinkles in the forehead. Finish in the body features, erase the guidelines, and add hair and shading.
