Funnel cake is one of my favorite treats. First, make up the pancake mix. Then, using a funnel, drizzle the mix into hot oil. Do this by making a circle, then make zigzags within the circle. When the bottom side turns a golden brown, flip it and let it brown on the other side. Then, remove funnel cake from the oil, place it on a plate, and top with powdered sugar.
