To make mumbo sauce place 1 C. of ketchup, 1 C. of sugar, 1 tbsp of Hungarian paprika, 3 tbsp of hot sauce, 3 tbsp of water and 4 tbsp of white vinegar, mix well. Pour into a pot and bring to a boil using low heat, stirring continuously. May be served hot or when cooled. Do not add salt, it will take away the sweetness.
