Though it is highly illegal there have been students in the past who have changed their own grades online. What you must do to do this however is hack into a schools computer system.

That would involve either hacking into the system, or simply knowing all of the information required to get into the system. Changing your grades is illegal and easily discovered. Once discovered, you will more than likely be expelled which in the long run is worse than simply receiving a low grade.
