A grievance is a complaint filed by an employee about something believed to cause distress. If you need to file a grievance, contact your union representative and for help. You can contact the grievance committee directly. Some grievances are resolved without the need for a formal complaint. Once the formal grievance is filed, you will move to arbitration.
