How To Grate Zucchini

The first step to grating zucchini is to make sure your grater and zucchini is washed. Take the zucchini and pt it at a 45 degree angle and slide up and down on the grater.

To grate zucchini, you can use a hand grater or a food processor. First, wash your zucchini. Cut the end off of the zucchini. In a large bowl, move the zucchini up and down on the hand grater or put the zucchini in the food processor. Stop when you are at the stem.
