If you mean pop your legs so you can do splits easily, it is not fast and easy. You have to stretch everyday. Push your self a little be further each time. After a few months you will be super flexible.
Then again, this answer might help you...
I do this all the time! To pop your legs at the hip, spread your legs by about 3 or 4 feet, then you will want to go into a motion like you're stretching, but really you're putting stress on that joint and it should give you a deep, satisfying, POP!
