First unscrew the top of the dryer and lift if up so you can pull the front panel sideways. Now carefully slip the old belt off, put the new belt on and screw the top of the dryer back down.
Then again, this answer might help you...
It can be somewhat challenging to replace the belt on a Kenmore dryer. You'll need a thick phone book, screwdriver, and a new dryer belt to get the job done. For more information see here: ;
