First, you have to choose the place where you will start your dance group. Then you have to get some professional dancers and to prepare and train your dance group.

Recruit people from your neighborhood. Make some posters and post them around town. Make your posters very vibrate so they can attract lots of attention. Hold a meeting in your basement or rent out a studio so you can see their skills in dancing. Judge them accordingly.
