Using an egg poacher is quite simple and once you get the hang of it you'll likely find yourself enjoying nutritious eggs quite often. Your egg poacher should have several cups, remove the ones you are using and fill the bottom of the main area of the pan with a half inch of water. Boil the water, crack an egg into the small cup, and set it into the poacher pan. Cover and allow to cook for about 4 minutes.
