If you happen to be denied for unemployment, you must have evidence that you were wrongfully terminated. If you were terminated for not showing up to work, or showing up to work late, chances are you may not win.

Well for the the most part most people are denied unemployment the first try. Once denied you will have the right to appeal. When you appeal you will have a short hearing with a judge on the phone. Be prepared to prove why you feel you were unjustly let go.
