To write a five year plan, you will want to make sure that you put in realistic goals that you can obtain within a five year span, and what type of tools you plan on using to achieve your goals.

You can write a 5-year plan for your business or person life, e.g. a 5-year career plan. You will want to spend some time thinking about where you want to be in 5 years in your career. Next, you will list all the things that you would need to do to align yourself to achieve those goals. Then you will prioritize these items, e.g. what do you need to do first or in the short term.
