When writing a car accident report, include as many details as possible, you can't have too much information in an accident report. Provide the date, time and location of the accident as well as all parties involved, all witnesses and the vehicle year, make and models involved in the accident. Provide a written description as well as any drawings you may be able to do to describe in detail how the accident occurred. Include the time of day, the weather, if the road was wet, icy, dry, sun glare, all of this is taken into account when assessing fault.
